Parent-Teacher Conference Schedule

A letter from BHS principal Joe Palumbo.

Dear Parents and Guardians:

Brookfield High School will be conducting parent-teacher conferences on Tuesday, November 29; Wednesday, November 30; Thursday, December 1; and Friday, December 2. In the past, the high school and middle school have switched schedules to facilitate conferences at Whisconier Middle School (WMS). With our new bus schedule however, this switching is no longer necessary and we will not be doing so this year.

Evening conferences will be conducted on Thursday, December 1, between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Afternoon conferences will be held on November 29, November 30, and December 2, between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. We will be dismissing students at 11:30 a.m. on these conference days.

Please contact the teachers with whom you would like to have a conference in order to schedule a time to meet. You can contact them by email (lastnamefirstinitial@brookfieldps.org) or by telephone. A directory of numbers can be found on our website or you can access the directory by calling the main extension at Brookfield High School (BHS).

If you cannot make any of the conference days but wish to speak with a teacher, please feel free to contact the teacher and schedule a time to talk.

With the opening of the public portal and our new, streamlined email system, we have taken great strides to improve the communication between home and school. Our parent conferences are another excellent opportunity for you to speak with our teachers about your son/daughter’s performance in the classroom and to identify strategies to help him/her improve. When students, parents and schools all work together, every student has the greatest chance for success.

Best Regards,

Joseph A. Palumbo
