Zumba Gold at the Senior Center

Join Lynda Muir for Zumba Gold on Mondays at 9:30 a.m. This easy-to-follow program allows anyone to perform the Zumba Gold dance moves. Dances include: Salsa, Mambo, Cha-Cha, Cumbia, Rock 'n Roll, Merengue and more – you might even learn to Belly dance and tango.

Exercise and physical fitness have been shown to slow down age-related brain cell deterioration in older adults. If you haven't taken an exercise class at the Center, commit to taking one now. (Before starting any exercise program please check with your doctor.)
