Readers' Choice: Best Steak in Brookfield

Real meat-lovers probably never put the cover on their grills this winter, mild or not. But grilling season’s first big stretch of the year is around the corner (Memorial Day weekend), and that put your local Patch editors in the mood to set this week’s Readers’ Choice: Favorite Place for a Steak.

We want to know not only where you go when you’re in the mood for a ribeye or New York strip, but also what’s your favorite cut at that restaurant and what the chef does right in preparation. Is it the magical seasoning? The perfect temperature? The complement of potatoes and vegetables?
