Yoga with Deidre at 12:30 at Healthy Weighs Wellness Center!

We are now offering a 2 classes for $30 deal - try any two yoga classes for only $30!  Offer expires April 30th.

Yoga a la Carte with Deidre is held every Wednesday and Friday from 12:30-1:15pm. With something for everyone, this class will give you a taste of the different aspects of yoga, including easy-to-follow poses, breathing and meditation.
