Final 2013 Paving Work Postponed
Last few roads of the paving season will have to wait at least another week
Road work scheduled to resume this week has been postponed due to a wet forecast, the first week of school and the upcoming Labor Day holiday weekend.
Paving on Deer Run Road, Whippoorwill Road and Main Drive are now set to begin next Tuesday, Sept. 3, according to Town Engineer Ralph Tedesco.
These projects will close out the 2013 paving season. Work on several other roads budgeted for this year will resume in the spring.
