Questions for Mr. Tinsley

I would like to suggest a couple of questions be posed to Mr. Tinsley.

First: How is it that you can afford a lawyer to sue a local citizen but claim that you cannot afford one in order to to defend yourself against what you say are baseless charges?

Second:  as the CEO of Brookfield you will have hiring authority.  If someone applied for a job and revealed to you that he was charged similarly, would you hire him on the spot?  Or would you suggest he come back after he had resolved his difficulty?

If you would do the former, I suggest your judgement is not in the best interest of Brookfield.  If the later, then I think you have the answer to why many people believe you should not have been a candidate.

In either case I would argue that in answering these two questions, it can be revealed why Mr. Tinsley is unfit to be a selectman in Brookfield.

I am curious to see if anyone on these boards can explain to me why the above wouldn't render Tinsley unfit for office. I'm sure at least a few people will try.
