As a resident for over 30 years, the only surprise is the venality of the stealing and the ineptitude of the lying. I have grown to expect more from our politicians to steal and lie on grander scale.  I seem to remember a lot of question's about the forming of the Brookfield Water Company and it's operation.

As for the Patch's suspending Kathie Schiller's account for first asking this Question, it owes both Kathie and its' entire readership an abject apology, as its' action represents the worst in today's so called Journalism.
