I am a pychotherapist in private practice and owner of Pathways Counseling of CT, located in Brookfield.  I help people reconnect with their body, mind and spirit. In addition to traditional "talk therapy", I offer a variety of Body-Mind modalities to help gain greater awareness and release emotional blocks that inhibit our well-being.  I am Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of CT and have been studying Body-Mind modalities for more than 10 years.
