<p>From the author of <em>Moon Over Buffalo </em>and<em> Lend Me A Tenor, </em>Ken Ludwig’s <em>Shakespeare In Hollywood </em>is a celebration of stage and screen. Directed by Jane Farnol, it's an action-packed comedy filled with surprises!</p>
<p>It’s
 1934, and Shakespeare’s most famous fairies, Oberon and Puck, have 
magically materialized on the Warner Bros. Hollywood set of Max 
Reinhardt’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Instantly smitten by the glitz 
and glamour of show biz, the two are ushered onto the silver screen to 
play (who else?) themselves. With a little help from a feisty flower, 
blonde bombshells, movie moguls, and arrogant “asses” are tossed into 
loopy love triangles, with raucous results. The mischievous magic of 
moviedom sparkles in this hilarious comic romp.</p>
<p>Shows are April 5 -
 27 on Friday and Saturday at 8 PM with matinees on Sunday at 2PM. There
 will be a free preview for area senior citizens on Thursday, April 4 at
 8 PM.</p>

mild-mannered accountant come up with a scheme to produce the most 
notorious flop in history, thereby bilking their backers (all “little 
old ladies”) out of millions of dollars. Only one thing goes awry: the 
show is a smash hit! The antics of Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom as they 
maneuver their way fecklessly through finding a show (the gloriously 
offensive “Springtime for Hitler”), hiring a director, raising the money
 and finally going to prison for their misdeeds is a lesson in broad 
comic construction. At the core of the insanely funny adventure is a 
poignant emotional journey of two very different men who become friends.
 With a truly hysterical book co-written by Mel Brooks and Thomas Meehan
 (Annie) and music and lyrics by Mr. Brooks, The Producers skewers 
Broadway traditions and takes no prisoners as it proudly proclaims 
itself an “equal opportunity offender!”</p>
<p>Shows are June 28 - July

 feisty parolee follows her dreams, based on a page from an old travel 
book, to a small town in Wisconsin and finds a place for herself working
 at Hannah’s Spitfire Grill. The Grill is for sale, but there are no 
takers for the only eatery in the depressed town, so newcomer Percy 
convinces Hannah to raffle it off. Entry fees are one hundred dollars 
and the best essay on why you want the Grill wins. Soon, mail arrives by
 the wheelbarrow and things really start cookin’ at the Spitfire Grill.</p>
