I am the vice-president of East Coast Training Systems. I have 20 years dedicated to Martial Arts and I am a 2nd Degree Black Belt in American Filipino Kun Tao. I teach in several parts of CT, including New Haven, Fairfield, Watertown, and Waterbury. We offer programs to adults and children, including self-defense, martial arts and fitness programs.

I'm also a wife and mother of four (a boy and three girls, ages 23,22, 20 and 2!). You would think that's enough to keep me busy, but, no...there's more.

I am a volunteer in the R.A.P.E. Outreach Team with JANE DOE NO MORE (JDNM). My husband and I teach all of the Escape Alive Women's Self Defense Classes in partnership with JDNM.

I am a competitor in breaking and self-defense. I'm a representative/official for the USBA/WBA.

I recently became a member of "Toastmasters" and I'm loving it! Learning to be an effective public speaker is very important in order to get my message out!
