Congregational Church of Brookfield

Meetings at the present-day Congregational Church began in 1752, making the church a historical structure. Then called the Newbury House, it was a place for those to gather who sought spiritual comfort and belonging, and had roughly 50 members. Presently the church thrives as a United Church of Christ, which is of the Protestant denomination, and through the word of Jesus Christ, aspires to share the fellowship of growing Christians.
