Brookfield High School's administration holds it as their mission to "motivate and inspire all students to become responsible, respectful, productive members of the community.  All students will learn through a rigorous academic and varied co-curricular experience which holds students accountable while valuing their individual worth."

The school boasts very high graduation rates and almost all students continue with their studies after high school.  The athletic program is excellent, with teams making it to the playoffs in their Class-M division in every sport season.
