The Garden Club of Brookfield tour of local gardens will take place on Sunday June 23, 2013. The tour will start at the Historical Society Museum Garden on the corner of Rte133 and Rte25. Hours for the tour are 9:00AM to 3:00PM.
The Museum Garden was designed by Dr. Rudy Faveretti a noted authority on restoration and period gardens. The dedication took place on June 20, 1979. The Summer House project was added in October 2002. It was funded by Phillip Erlenbach in memory of his wife Barbara, a Master Gardener and past president of the Garden Club of Brookfield.
Tickets are $25 the day of the tour or $20 advance sale and are now available Monday through Friday at Brookfield Parks and Rec located in Town Hall .
