Midgets Honored for Winning National, International Championships
Town recognizes Bobcat Midgets football team for winning Pop Warner's biggest games.
The Brookfield Bobcat Midget Pop Warner football team was recognized with an official proclamation at the Board of Selectmen’s (BOS) monthly meeting Tuesday.
First Selectman Bill Davidson presented head coach Bob Drysdale and the team a certificate of recognition for winning the , , and before going on to beat Team Canada to win .
“With great admiration and appreciation we commend the Midget football team,” Davidson said.
