Yoga Nidra: The Art of Deep Relaxation
Experience the practice of "waking sleep" known as Yoga Nidra. More nourishing and restorative than actual sleep, Yoga Nidra brings with it the possibility of experiencing one's true nature as pure awareness. Senior Kripalu Yoga teacher Glenn Tucker will warm us up with some yoga and lead us in an hour of this extraordinary practice that includes affirmations, a systematic releasing of muscular tension and guided imagery.
