Restorative Yoga

Treat yourself (and your MOM!) to two delicious hours of restorative yoga! Restorative yoga is a passive practice in which props are used to support you so you can rest your body; stretch your muscles; lower your heart rate and blood pressure; calm your nervous system, and experience a peaceful state of deep relaxation. This sequence is designed to make you feel safe and relaxed and leave you feeling alive and rejuvenated. Appropriate for all bodies and levels of fitness.
