Junior Strength Training
This class is designed with the athlete in mind. We provide coaching and guidance to increase strength, stamina, coordination, speed, and power that will enhance the students ability to compete in a sporting event. Students will also learn how to use weight training equipment in a safe and supervised format with emphasis on proper form and technique. A great intro to learn how to work out in a gym. Boys and Girls 12-14 years old are eligible. Limit 6 per class to assure proper supervision.
