Is this still on for today or has it been postponed due to the weather?

That the Parks and Rec department, led by Dennis DiPinto looks to take a dollar from each child's hand for something that should be free and fun should be a affrontery to every adult in Brookfield. How did the First Selectmen find money for paint for town hall, but has Parks and Rec taking money from little children?
