The Brookfield Baseball and Softball Association (BBSA) is proud to be hosting a free competition for all boys and girls ages 7-14. This is the official skills competition held annually by Major League Baseball, and is sponsored this year by Aquafina.
Come test your pitching, hitting and running skills against other kids in four different age groups; 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14. Winners will advance to a sectional tournament in Stamford, CT - and compete for a chance to win a trip to the finals at the Major League All-Star Game taking place in Kansas City this July!
Our local winners will get to go on-field and hang out with the players before the New Haven Rock Cats game on June 2nd, and one lucky winner will get to throw out the first pitch!

We will also be hosting a t-ball skills competition for the 5-6 year-olds in attendance with prizes sponsored by the BBSA.
Participants do not have to be enrolled in any baseball or softball program to compete, nor do they have to be a Brookfield resident. Just bring a copy of their birth certificate so we can place him or her in the proper age group.
