Young Shoplifter Caught at Kohl's

Brookfield police arrested a 21-year-old for alleged shoplifting at a local department store.

Brookfield police were called to Kohl’s at 12:32 p.m. on September 7 for a reported shoplifting incident.

Following an investigation at the scene, Kelsey Mckee, 21, of Beverly Drive, Brookfield, was arrested for larceny in the sixth degree. Mckee was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on September 18.

Further, the sewer system on the referendum will require municipal funding since it is backed by the full faith and credit of the town of Brookfield and reduces the town's borrowing ability - the advertisement for which indicated it would not impact municipal funding.
