Police Blotter: Failure to Pay Wages, Present Records

The following arrest information was supplied by the Brookfield Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, September 18

Brandon Shail, 31, of South Street, Danbury was contacted by Danbury Police and it was discovered that the Connecticut Department of Labor had an outstanding warrant for him held by the Brookfield Police Department for four counts of failure to produce records and four counts of failure to pay wages. 

The facts and circumstance of the case were not available at the time the warrant was served. Shail turned himself in to Brookfield police over the weekend and was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on September 27.
