A juvenile was referred to Danbury Superior Court, Juvenile Matters for an incident that occurred on the morning of Feb. 27 at Brookfield High School.
The identity of the juvenile and details on the incident are being withheld, however the student has been charged with assault in the third degree and illegal use of a laser pointer.
