That's Newtown. They have the state jail. Brookfield is the lockup for taxpayers.

The statement that he is being held is bogus. This man has been burglarizing local businesses since 2004 and hasn't spent more tha 1 night in jail for any of them. After his release for this crime he was arrested at least two more times for burglarizing a nail salon and attempting another burglary. He is still not serving any time for any of these crimes. He is due to appear in court Oct.9 10am to make pleas on 14 different counts.Wish him luck.
