At first I thought the perp was another Milford cop on his way home!

He shouldn't be driving that fast ,he could have hit a bump and spilled his beer.

At first, I thought this story was going to provide evidence on last years South Windsor accident that killed the 15 year old kid. Guess this story did not involve a local cop, so he is screwed. $100 bond? Maybe there is a family/political/cop connection afterall.
