Police were called to a residence on Federal Road at 9:50 p.m. Saturday for reports of a verbal argument that became physical. After an investigation, police charged 85-year-old Caesar Dambrowski, of Brookfield, with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree of an elderly, pregnant or disabled person.
He was released on $500 bond and pled “not guilty” in Danbury Superior Court on September 4. The next court date is scheduled for September 11.
