Superintendent Bivona's Salary?

Why is it so difficult to ascertain the compensation details for the Town's highest paid employee?  His contract was renewed in July in a Special Session of the BofEd; but no minutes from the meeting on the Town website, except for the mention of the $13,000.00 merit increase.  How much does he pull in?  Hmmm??
