Fence installed by Eden owner of retail center where Shop Rite r retail is located blights Brookfield CT.

Where are the attractive shrubs, grass and flowers? Fence apparently installed without a permit is also on state property. Where is planning and zoning enforcement, fence additionally, does not conform to fire safety regulation of being a minimum of 16’ from building to allow fire, rescue access.
