Double Standard, Anyone?

I'm going to publicly ask the question that has social media ablaze today.  Why is it okay for the minions of the Brookfield Republicans/A Brookfield Party to fill the comments portion of every Patch article with rumor, innuendo and conjecture, asking for explanations from every Democratic or Independent candidate for every position they've ever taken or organization they've ever belonged to, but a piece questioning candidate Tinsley's past behavior toward members of this community literally vanishes overnight?  Exactly how does that work?
