This video obituary was posted on Vimeo by cinematographer and photographer Jim Altieri, a friend of New Milford resident and Brookfield High School graduate Eric Langlois.
Langlois was reported missing by his wife Amber on June 11 after going to Lovers Leap State Park in New Milford in search of his bike, which he had lost in the waters of Lake Lillinonah the day before.
After nearly a week of searching, Langlois' body was discovered across the lake from the gorge at Lovers Leap. The night before he was found, friends and family held a candlelight vigil on the bridge to honor his memory.
