Judith Ann (Keeler) Webb, age 65

June 17, 1946 - November 02, 2011

Judith Ann (Keeler) Webb, age 65, died early Wednesday morning, November 2, at Danbury Hospital, following a short but fierce battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family.

Judith, or “Judy,” to those who knew and loved her, was born June 17, 1946 at Danbury Hospital to the late Raymond and Mildred (Lewis) Keeler of Brookfield. She and her 10 siblings grew up in Brookfield, where Judy lived until her marriage to Richard Webb of Danbury in 1965. The couple then moved to Danbury, where they raised their three sons, and they lived until her death.

Judy’s determination and boundless energy were a source of inspiration to all who met her, even until her last days. She was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, tireless community volunteer and caring friend. The gardens she created — both at her own home, the houses of others, and even St. Joseph’s Church in Brookfield, where she was parishioner and volunteer — were truly something to behold.
