John Klesch, 76

September 6, 1935 — June 8, 2012

John Klesch, 76, of Brookfield, loving husband of 46 years to Medora (Willrich) Klesch, died on Friday, June 8 at Laurel Ridge. John was born Spetember 6, 1935, in Waterbury, the son of the late John and Anna (Rogach) Klesch.

John grew up in Waterbury and graduated from the UCONN School of Business Administration in June 1958. He worked as a production manager for Amphenol Corporation in Danbury for over 35 years and also as a tax preparer with H&R Block. For many years he was an avid golfer and taught his sons an appreciation for the game. He coached Brookfield little league baseball and enjoyed traveling with his family. John loved woodworking and rooting for UCONN's basketball teams.

In addition to his wife, Medora, John leaves behind his two sons, John H. Klesch of South Burlington, VT and Christopher E. Klesch of Bristol and his two adored grandsons, Ethan and Mason Klesch of South Burlington, VT. John was predeceased by his sister, Olga Bakutis, and brother Nicholas Klesch, both of Waterbury.

Funeral Information

A funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 14 at Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.

Donations Information

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to MADD of CT, 317 Foxon Road, East Haven, 06513, www.MADD.org.
