Geneva (Hartford) Pisano, 84, of Brookfield and wife of the late Vincent, died on Wednesday, September 12 at Danbury Hospital. She was born December 12, 1927 in Dexter, ME, daughter of the late Chester and Georgianna (Lebrie) Hartford.
Geneva had a great passion for animals and traveling. She loved her family very much and she will be missed deeply by all who knew her.
Geneva is survived by her children, Vincent Pisano and his wife Lynn of New Milford, Rosemary Galinski and her husband John of Morris and Kathryn Dillon and her husband David of New Milford; eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; two brothers, Chester Hartford of Dexter, ME and Ronald Hartford of Dover, ME. She is predeceased by five brothers and one daughter.

Funeral Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 15 at , 138 Candlewood Lake Road, Brookfield. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery in Brookfield.

The family will receive friends between the hours of 5 and 7 p.m. on Friday, September 14 at , 786 Federal Road, Brookfield.
Donations Information
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, 852 Brook Street, I-91 Tech Center, Rocky Hill, CT 06067-3045.
