Stale Mice

A Penny for My Thoughts

CATNIP. Now there's a concept. Catnip is a plant of the mint family that cats love for an unknown reason. This dried tobacco look-alike laces tiny stuffed cat toys...mice, balls and holiday themes. It comes in a spray for those times we feel in need of freshening up the stale mice and balls and Santa heads.

Felines eat it and roll in it. Their euphoria is second to none in the world of cat pleasure. Is this interesting phenomenon akin to using elicit substances such as marijuana or hashish? Hmm,well I'm not sure.

The American Veterinary Association has sanctioned the use of catnip for cats. Am I, however, being an enabler when I open the tin and spoon some out for my 'girls?' Will Phoebe or Leah stumble off their cat perch and break a bone because I have allowed catnip in my home? Can they overdose if I leave a full container of 'nip' on the counter?

We are a society that treasures their pets. We spend millions of dollars annually just on their play things. Yes, I can afford a catnip toy from time to time and I do get a kick out of their induced frolicking. I won't overdue the catnip offerings because it's a bit too weird for my liking.

Meow.

I would recommend supporting an increase similar to Ridgefield's which was under 2% (1.97%). If aRead More community like Ridgefield can perform at high levels with an increase under 2%, the Board of Education, in asking for almost twice that is openly admitting that they have installed inefficient management in school administration. Further, the sewer system on the referendum will require municipal funding since it is backed by the full faith and credit of the town of Brookfield and reduces the town's borrowing ability - the advertisement for which indicated it would not impact municipal funding.

So Mandarin Chinese won't be a requirement? Perhaps Manchurin Chinese? Cantonese Chinese? MongolianRead More Chinese? Which Chinese are the British speaking these days? Their empire stretched in the Hindu speaking parts of Asia but they aren't teaching Hindu. A quandry indeed.

The short answer is because they want to. If you spent twice at much they still would. EducationRead More personnel need to be monitored on social media like Patch.
