Tails of Courage Puppy Dog Adoption Charity

The Immigration Law Offices of Cynthia R. Exner, LLC is a proud sponsor of the charitable dog and puppy rescue organization known as Tails of Courage, www.tailsofcourage.org.

This little female, Labrador retriever mix is named Myala. Myala arrived at the Tails of Courage kennel recently with her 13 brothers and sisters all from the same litter!  They were all born in Kentucky and made the long journey up to Connecticut via dedicated volunteer transport drivers.  Some of Myala’s siblings have already been adopted, but many of them are still available for adoption at www.tailsofcourage.org.  Myala and her brothers and sisters are all rescue puppies and would not be alive today but for the kindness of rescue volunteers in Kentucky, the transport drivers who use their own vehicles to transport these babies, and the wonderful kennel workers and extended family of volunteers at Tails of Courage.

Tails of Courage was started in 2009 by a survivor of the World Trade Center attacks.  So many rescue dogs worked long arduous hours digging through the rubble at Ground Zero that this Survivor decided that providing homes for rescue dogs and puppies would be one way to give back to the community.  Since that time, hundreds of dogs and puppies have been saved from kill shelters and from abandonment and neglect.  All dogs and puppies are fully vetted, up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations and spayed/neutered and micro chipped, all at the expense of Tails of Courage.  There is a small adoption fee for all the dogs and puppies, which helps to defray the medical bills, food and temporary lodging.  Tails of Courage allows families to bring a wonderful new addition into their families at a reasonable cost, and gives a home to a dog or puppy that has nothing to give in this world, but love.
