anyone know what would constitute a house being rented out in Brookfield and being turned into a boarding house? What the zoning calls for in this case.

That sounds like it might constitute a zoning violation.

yes, and I am about to head to the zoning. The house next door is in foreclosure, meanwhile my ex-neighbors(divorced now) have, I assume, rented it to a group of people. Not a mother or father with a son or daughter. Numerous people with 4 or 5 cars coming and going. Advised the bank. There is a woman in thehouse with a 6 yr old that has registered him in Center school. I asm assuming that the taxes are not being paid therefore she is getting her kid schooled on our dime. She is from tennessee via New Milford, in fact, my understanding is that they are all New Milford people. Not good. Have advised the BOE as well. This portends trouble down the road.
