A Weekend Portrait Painting Workshop with Robert Zeller

This November  Blue Horse Arts Studio located in Watertown, CT. will be hosting a workshop, with  guest artist Robert Zeller! Registration deadline is Sunday, November 4th.  This is a great opportunity for artists to  infuse some new life into their approach to portrait painting  for those  with experience or get a great jump start in portraiture if you are just beginning. Robert Zeller is the Founder of The Teaching Studios of Art located in Brooklyn and Oyster Bay Long Island. "In this 2 day workshop, students will learn to execute a realistic portrait in oil paint. They will work, not by copying the model, but instead building something new and original on canvas. The great Realist painters in art history were not copyists, they were creators." The workshop will take place November 10th and 11th, 10AM-5PM at Blue Horse Arts Studio, located at 250 Porter Street in Watertown, Connecticut. Spaces are limited in these workshops, so register early! For more information please visit www.bluehorsearts.com or to register call 860-417-3243 or email info@bluehorsearts.com.

I would recommend supporting an increase similar to Ridgefield's which was under 2% (1.97%). If aRead More community like Ridgefield can perform at high levels with an increase under 2%, the Board of Education, in asking for almost twice that is openly admitting that they have installed inefficient management in school administration. Further, the sewer system on the referendum will require municipal funding since it is backed by the full faith and credit of the town of Brookfield and reduces the town's borrowing ability - the advertisement for which indicated it would not impact municipal funding.
