Pole Fitness

Looking to try something new in 2013? Come to FormFitting Fitness and try a pole dancing class!  Pole Dancing is great for strength training, core, flexibility and confidence. We offer a variety of classes from beginner to advanced.


FormFitting Fitness is an all female facility and serves women 18 and over. In addition to pole classes, we also offer dance fitness classes as well as strength training.
