compensation, must be performed by Certified Renovators in compliance with
Section 402 of The Toxic Substance Control Act. (40 CFR Part 745)
Heavy EPA fines up to $32,500.00 willbe issued to uncertified remodeling
& renovation contractors who are not in compliance.

Further, the sewer system on the referendum will require municipal funding since it is backed by the full faith and credit of the town of Brookfield and reduces the town's borrowing ability - the advertisement for which indicated it would not impact municipal funding.
