BROOKFIELD SEPTA- Social Skills Presentation with Chris Abildgaard

The Brookfield SEPTA will hold its next meeting on Monday, January 13th at 7:00 pm in the Brookfield Library Community Room located on the lower level.

Mr. Chris Abildgaard, a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorders and social cognitive interventions will be giving a presentation titled:

"Creating Social Learning Opportunities Across Home and the Community"

Some of the topics to be covered are the importance of understanding invisible deficits and how to get started thinking about social thinking! Mr. Abildgaard utilizes the Social Thinking curriculum by Michelle Garcia Winners. He is the Director of The Social Learning Center. As always, this presentation is open to all, but there is a $5.00 suggested donation for non-members of the Brookfield SEPTA.
