Brookfield Paving Project: Week of June 13

The weather won't stop progress.

Paving on Huckleberry Hill Road and Rocky Road is complete (except for aprons) and Rabbit Lane was overlaid on Friday.

Laurel Hill road was overlaid last week as well and paving began Monday. From there, reclamation and paving work will begin on Cove Road.

Cold in Place Recycling may commence this week on the portion of Riverford Road that is unfinished (from number 64 to the end).

When Riverford Road is completed, crews will move on to Old Middle Road,  Candlewood Lake Road and then Stony Hill Road.

Brookfield Public Works Director Ralph Tedesco stated he is also considering overlaying Old Route 7 as a preservation project.

The short answer is because they want to. If you spent twice at much they still would. EducationRead More personnel need to be monitored on social media like Patch.

I will lend a hand by voting yes for the school budget this Tuesday, May 21st. Teachers should notRead More have to pay out of pocket for school supplies.
