Brookfield Paving Project Starts Early
Clear skies and warm temps means an early start to the paving season.
Due to the mild weather. the town is getting an early start on this season's , beginning with some crack sealing this week on Powder Horn Hill Road, Knollcrest Drive, Kellog Street and Sandcut Road.
Crews will also be touching up the crack seal on Pocono Ridge Road, Vale Road, Silvermine Road and Elbow Hill Road. All of this work is expected to take about one week.
Paving is still several weeks away, according to Town Engineer Ralph Tedesco, as the asphalt factories have yet to begin production for the season.
