It's Time to move the Voting Places out of our Schools

We need to move our voting places out of our schools

Reason # 1.  Security.......We have spent several hundred thousand dollars to harden the entrances to our schools.  By voting in our schools, potential shooters have access and are inside our schools.  I doubt that the sweet poll workers could stop a determined,  armed gunman, or worse...several people.

#2.  Parking......the parking situation was terrible at BHS.  There were 2 sporting events going on.  People had to drive numerous times around the parking lot looking for spaces.  I doubt the elderly want to trek from the far corner of the lot. 
     Then folks had to walk through the middle of a basketball game to get to the polls.

At Huckleberry....it was chaos when the school buses were trying to get in and parked and folks were trying to get in to vote.  One lady told me that she was told, in a not very nice manner, to come back later to vote, after the buses had left.

I would like suggestions as to where to vote.  Many towns in Connecticut vote in Fire Stations and churches.
