Yoga starting at Healthy Weighs Wellness Center on Federal Road!

Learn the practice of yoga in a supportive environment!

The following classes will be easy-to-follow and are suitable for all levels.  Many of our students will be beginners, so if you have thought about trying yoga but have been hesitant, this is a great chance to try it out with fellow beginners!  

Body Love Yoga with Christina will begin on Tuesday March 11th (6-7pm). There are still a few spaces available in the class. It will also be held on Saturdays from 8:30-9:30a.m.  If you are tired of being at war with your body, this class is for you.  Peace is possible!  In this class, we will practice pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (poses), and short meditations to cultivate gratitude for our bodies.  

Yoga a la Carte with Deidre will begin on Wednesday March 12th and will be held every Wednesday and Friday from 12:30-1:15pm. With something for everyone, this class will give you a taste of the different aspects of yoga, including easy-to-follow poses, breathing and meditation.

A Slice of Yoga with Deidre will be held on Wednesday and Friday from 1:30-2:15 starting March 12th. Savor the sweetness of yoga through flowing movement, deep breathing, and guided meditation.
