Body Love Yoga tonight at Healthy Weighs Wellness Center!

The following classes are easy-to-follow and are suitable for all levels.  Many of our students are beginners, so if you have thought about trying yoga but have been hesitant, this is a great chance to try it out with fellow beginners!  

Body Love Yoga with Christina is offered on Tuesdays from 6-7pm and Saturdays from 8:30-9:30a.m.  If you are tired of being at war with your body, this class is for you.  Peace is possible!  In this class, we will practice pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (poses), and short meditations to cultivate gratitude for our bodies.  

We also have Yoga a la Carte and a Slice of Yoga with Deidre Americo on Wednesdays and Fridays!

Yoga a la Carte with Deidre is held every Wednesday and Friday from 12:30-1:15pm. With something for everyone, this class will give you a taste of the different aspects of yoga, including easy-to-follow poses, breathing and meditation.

A Slice of Yoga with Deidre is held on every Wednesday and Friday from 1:30-2:15. Savor the sweetness of yoga through flowing movement, deep breathing, and guided meditation.

You have the option of drop in or 10 or 20 class passes.  If you pay a drop in fee and decide to buy a pass, we will apply your fee to the cost of the pass.  We are located at 366 federal road in Bookfield.
