Brookfield Craft Center presents the third of their Local Treasures Series; The Village Smithy - Work by our Local Blacksmiths Saturday, August 18th through Saturday September 1st.

The third of Brookfield Craft Center's Local Treasures Series, The Village Smithy - Work by Our Local Blacksmiths  opens Saturday, August 18th and will run through Saturday, September 1st. The show will include work from  Jonathan Nedbor, Battle Hill Forge, Matthew Parkinson, Joe Szilaski, Chris Doherty and Michael Saari.

Please join us on Saturday, August 18th from 5-8pm for the opening reception. All are welcome.

Further, the sewer system on the referendum will require municipal funding since it is backed by the full faith and credit of the town of Brookfield and reduces the town's borrowing ability - the advertisement for which indicated it would not impact municipal funding.
