Another 5K is running through Brookfield this month! For those that supported the Shamrock 5K and for all of you runners, joggers, and walkers, we invite you to participate in the We Care 5K which will take place on April 27, 2014 starting at Brookfield High School.
Registration starts at 7:45 a.m. that day in the BHS gym or you can register online at register.fasttracktiming.com by this Friday, the 25th.
The 5K will be donating all of its net proceeds to support BHS student, Brandon Zenevitch, a young man diagnosed with a rare cancer, rhabdomyosarcoma. The event is organized by Brookfield High School's National Honor Society and the Woodbridge Running Company and Feeling Fit.
Free babysitting and kids activities will be provided, as well as a raffle! Proceed through the gym to the lobby for kids sign-up. Games and activities will take place in either the gym or on the field.
