Resident Looking For Help In Hit-and-Run Incident

A resident on Hollis Drive is asking for the community’s help identifying the driver and vehicle that crushed the driver side of her car early Sunday morning.

According to a post in the Brookfield Patch Announcements group, a person driving south on Hollis Drive around 2 a.m. Sunday crashed into the parked car owned by Susan O’Brien.

O’Brien contacted Brookfield police, who determined that the damage was done by “a truck or SUV with tires that extend outside of the wheel wells.”

The truck also “likely sustained damage to their radiator and driver-side bumper,” O’Brien wrote.

Anyone with information on the vehicle or the accident is asked to contact Brookfield police and reference the “Hollis Drive Hit-and-Run Investigation.”
