Students at Huckleberry Hill Elementary School had the opportunity to partake in their own mock presidential election via computer earlier this month. This was a wonderful opportunity for the teachers and students to communicate about this historic election process. The results mirrored our national elections with the majority of students selecting Barack Obama as their president of choice.
At the end of their voting session, students received their very own "I voted" sticker.
This event was organized as part of HHES' Schoolwide Enrichment Program (Lucy LaPointe, teacher).
