Community Corner

A Sticky Good Time!

At St. Dominic Catholic School, we foster a sense of community by planning time for different grade levels to interact for a common purpose.  Every Wednesday our older children sit with a younger grade buddy at our All School Liturgies.  This helps both the younger child and the older child appreciate the beauty of the Mass.  It is also not uncommon for our children to buddy up for challenging projects like the ones in these photos.  The K5 students worked with fourth and fifth grade buddies to start their papier mache pumpkins for Halloween.  It was a fun, and sticky, good time!
