Community Update
I called in early July to schedule an appointment for my pomeranian. They said the earliest appointment I could get was today. It was a long time to wait but I decided to because I had heard from a friend that they did a good job. I recieved a call yesterday to confirm my appointment and I asked what time I had to drop him off because I hadn't been told when I scheduled the appointment. The girl I spoke with told me 8 AM. I told her I couldn't come in that early and the girl said very rudely that it wasn't going to work otherwise. I told her there was no way I could get him there at 8 and I could realistically come more in the range of 9:30 ish. She told me to hold on and came back to say that I could drop my dog off at 10 and I agreed to this. I get there in the morning a couple minutes after 10 and let my dog pee outside before I go in. Once I go in the lady there tells me that they gave my appointment away because they didn't think I was coming (when I had already told them I was) and that it was after 10. It was only 10 minutes after 10 and this was simply because I wanted to let my dog pee before going inside. Two months of waiting for that. I felt like they didn't care at all about my business and treated me like they were doing me some kind of big favor. They were extremely unprofessional and a huge disappointment.
